13th ANNUAL BANQUET FOR LIFE

The 13th annual Banquet for Life will be held on October 11, 2010 at 6:30 pm at the Grand Wayne Center, Fort Wayne, IN.  US Congressman Mike Pence will be the keynote speaker.  The program will include an update on our projects and programs and our vison for the coming year.  Plan to attend with your friends.

On April 2, 2010 the Commissioners of Allen County, Indiana passed a Patient Safety Ordinance.
